Term of the day: "anthropodermic bibliopegy"

The Wikipedia entry on anthropodermic bibliopegy drily notes that the practice is "uncommon in modern times." I'm glad they cleared that up.

It is uncommon, but not unheard of, in modern times. Occasionally people request in their will to have a book written by themselves, or a favorite book, bound in their own skin after they pass away.
